Red Velvet Cheese Ball

Yes, You read that right!  Here is the recipe that I made for the Poquoson Art Gallery opening... Had many requests for the recipe so here it is! This make a very different and festive presentation for the holidays!
8oz block Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1/2 c butter
1 1/2 c red velvet cake mix
2 T brown sugar
1/2 c powdered sugar
1/2 c mini-choc chips

 Allow cream cheese and butter to come to room temperature.  In a bowl, cream butter and cream cheese together.  Gradually add dry ingredients, mix well.  Using spatula or back of spoon form mixture into a ball.  Roll in mini choc chips.  Wrap in plastic wrap.  Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.  Serve with graham cracker sticks/squares or vanilla wafers.  ENJOY!
